Returns, Refund & Warranty

  1. Where View Time Ltd sends a defective or wrong item, the return shipping fee will be refunded to the customer.
  2. Warranty only applies to specified electronic items and specified items under the product description.

If View Time Ltd made a mistake, we will always resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

  1. All returns must first be approved by our Customer Service Team, if approved, you will be provided with a return form to fill with reasons for return.
  2. Please use the appropriate return channel, in case of package loss or damaged during transit we will not be responsible in such cases.
  3. For exchanges, the process will commence immediately after we confirm receipt of the returned item. Shipping of exchanged products will take the standard shipping time of a maximum of 3 days depending on the availability of the product as per the product description.
