Contact our customer support center describing the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number. For defective, incorrect, or not as described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem via WhatsApp and Viewtime will take care of the shipping fee.

1. Where View Time Ltd sends a defective or wrong item, the return shipping fee will be refunded to the customer.
2. Warranty only applies to specified electronic items and specified items under the product description.

1. All returns must first be approved by our Customer Service Team, if approved, you will be provided with a return form to fill with reasons for return.
